Shubakshi Rawla is the founder of Nutrify Me and a Holistic Nutritionist who is also a certified Metabolic Balance coach from Canada. She is passionate about helping others achieve optimal wellness through nutrition and lifestyle choices. Shubakshi combines modern science with ancestral wisdom to create personalized food plans and lifestyle strategies for her clients. As a Metabolic Balance® coach, she has seen significant improvements in sleep, energy, weight, and mental well-being in her clients. Her guidance is tailored to everyone’s specific needs, taking into account factors such as blood chemistry (30+ blood markers), family history, and personal preferences. She supports women in their perimenopause and menopausal phases. Whether it’s balancing hormones, weight loss, resetting metabolism, boosting energy levels, or managing chronic health conditions, she has the expertise to help her clients.
As a seasoned marine professional Capt. Sumit Rawla began his shipping career in 1991 and sailed as a Master before joining a leading shipping company in Singapore where he has grown in various roles including Fleet Manager (Technical) and General Manager (Operations). In his present role as a Marine Consultant, he is working as Director, OCIMF and Right ship Inspector at Parken Marine Limited based in Vancouver.
